Madisonville, Ohio: A train came to an emergency stop when the conductor seen a man standing on the tracks ahead. The man, Terry Stanford, refused to move from in front of the speeding train that only just stopped five feet from hitting him. Terry then started laughing and dropped his pants and mooned the train. Police say Terry has been arrested more than three dozen times before.
