Missouri health officials are bugged by the popularity of a new Cicada ice cream from Sparky’s Homemade Ice cream Shop that they put a stop to it. Apparently there is no current regulation on the safe handling of insects in the health code.
How does the public feel about the new flavor? It sold out in a few hours.
